D119 features two grooved raised panels. The lock rail height is standard at 36 inches from the bottom up. The panels can be made raised or flat. Applied moldings or flush surface panel moldings for the flat panels are another nice option for this design. Grooves can come either beaded or v-grooved for the look that you want. Groove spacing is adjustable to match your needs. We hand make your door to the exact width and height dimensions your opening requires. Exterior doors are 1 ¾ thick and can be upgraded to 1 ½. Interior doors are 1 ½ and can be upgraded to 1 ¾ or more. Adjustable mahogany thresholds are included for all pre-hung doors. Hinges in the finish of your choice are also included. Exterior doors are best made in mahogany, Spanish cedar or vertical grain fir. Red oak, white oak, cherry and other woods should be used under completely covered porches.
