Our French Doors consist of a frame around one or more glass panels, often called lights or lites. Each is handcrafted from 100% solid wood and with the highest quality standards. Each design can be made as matching pair or single door. Any of our French designs can be made as a single or double door and produced for interior or exterior applications. Order as slab only for pocket door installs or surface mounted hanging track applications.

Interior French Door Features:1 ½ thick standard thickness. 100% solid wood construction. 1 ¾ thickness upgrade available. Clear non insulated tempered glass is standard. True divided light construction as standard. Narrower designs may need to be made using simulated divided light. Hung using 3 ½ x 3 ½ hinges, available in brass, satin nickel, black and oil rubbed bronze. Jamb widths can be made to your custom specifications. Any French design can be produced as a double door.

Exterior French Door Features:Clear insulated true divided light glass is standard. Several decorative glass options available. 1 ¾ thick standard thickness. 100% solid wood construction. 2 ¼ thick premium upgrade available. Hung with 4 x 4 solid brass, ball bearing hinges, using 1 ¼ thick door jambs. Adjustable mahogany threshold. Pair with sidelight or transom combo to produce a custom entrance unit design of your very own.
